Example event – 10th wedding anniversary Garden Party
We helped plan and organise our clients 10th Wedding anniversary garden party for 200+ guests. The client had a clear idea of what she wanted and requested to take a hands on approach with the reassurance that we would be working with her every step of the way.
What we did….
We worked closely with the client over a 9-month period researching, planning and booking all the relevant aspects of the event; this included marquee hire, catering and bar staff, event decoration, children’s entertainment, a vodka luge. Taking the english summer weather into account we also had a bad weather plan.
We had regular catch ups with the client to refine the research and plans leading up to the event. We also met with each of the individual contactors to agree the timetable for the event.
In the week leading up to the event a team of staff was on site to ensure each element was installed correctly and that the marquee was dressed and decorated. The same team were then on hand at the event to ensure it all ran smoothly and the guests were happy.
Finally the following day we worked with the marquee company to ensure that everything was taken down and cleared away.
