It is the small things that make good companies great and for Hour Hands, a small thing that makes a big difference is celebrating our team members. Our team is the backbone of our company. They are the people that make things happen, who you talk to and who deliver for you.  Celebrating work anniversaries is a small but very important way to show how much we value every single person in our team and today, we congratulate Natalie on her 1st anniversary.

More about Natalie

Natalie handles all of the social media and marketing for Hour Hands, beavering away in the background creating a wide range of posts that will appeal to our suppliers, customers and business community. In fact, the majority of her time is spent designing and scheduling content, so she has a real insight into the whole business.

“It never ceases to amaze me just how many services Hour Hands offers, from gift sourcing for individuals to management accounts with large e-commerce companies. Trying to promote everything we can do to support you is often my trickiest task!”

Prior to joining Hour Hands, Natalie worked in advertising and marketing and with both print and digital, and she has worked for a large corporate newspaper company. This means that she has some great experience and insights, plus a very good little black book packed full of useful contacts from her multiple years working with small businesses based across Hertfordshire!

Why Hour Hands works perfectly for me

It would take me around 90 minutes to drive to the office so I work remotely and visit the team once a month to catch up and engage with my colleagues. This arrangement gives me the freedom and flexibility to work around my family life and interests, whilst having wonderful, reliable team mates on hand if I need support.

I know that I am lucky to find a company that embraces my lifestyle and location, and that I have a boss that understands my “social introvert” character. I have really enjoyed my first year working at Hour Hands and very much look forward to the future.
