Keeping in touch with your customers is more important than ever at the moment, while many business premises are closed and your audience is confined to their homes. One Hertfordshire further education college used our business support services to keep the conversation going with their upcoming September cohort of students, by sending postcards to the students at their homes.

Project operations

With the college staff now working at home, we took over the operations side of the project which involved: 

• Cleaning the database of student addresses
• Sourcing appropriate address labels and stamps
• Creating and printing address labels using Mailmerge 
• Affixing labels and stamps to the postcards
• Organising delivery of the full quantity with the post office 

The college team were thrilled with the outcome and are planning further print communications in the near future:
