Our review of 2025 by the Hour Hands team
As we look forward to celebrating the start of 2026, like many people, the Hour Hands team are in a reflective mood. We know Hour Hands ongoing success is partly due to the opportunity to bring our whole selves to work. Sharing our lives and supporting each other is what binds us together into such a cohesive team, and is ultimately why we deliver so well for our clients. It’s also one of the reasons why Hour Hands was founded – to enable women to return to the workforce after taking time out and most of us have families, parents and other commitments outside of work.
With this in mind, when we asked for our team’s reflections on 2025 and what they were most looking forward to in 2026, we encouraged them to answer in relation to work and their personal lives and the mix of answers reflects this. From being grateful for holidays and new job opportunities, to looking forward to moving into the new Hour Hands office (so many stated this – it really is an exciting time!). Here’s an insight into what the Hour Hands team is celebrating right now.
