Hour Hands is a team of bookkeepers, personal assistants and experienced administrators primed to take care of your To Do list.

Working with consultants, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals, we deal in the most precious of commodities: time. By reconciling receipts, booking kids’ parties, cleaning email data, changing utility suppliers, researching new markets, finding the missing 50p on a million-pound balance sheet, and producing spreadsheets, presentations, and reports, we give back not only time, but also peace of mind.

Christine Frith

Director & Founder

Christine consults on all our projects, bringing a focused, orderly approach to any task. With a background in finance marketing, you can be confident that Christine will organise your job on time, without fuss, and with total commitment.

Natasha Smith

Head of Bookkeeping

A whizz with numbers, Natasha has achieved her Level 2 AAT Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping. She knows Xero inside out and effortlessly keeps track of all the admin relating to your bookkeeping services and accounts.

Sarah Beale

Head of Business Development

With a shining background in business development, accounts and marketing. You are certainly in safe hands with her calm and methodical outlook. Sarah is our problem solving, font of all knowledge guru. From baking to building contractors, she knows her stuff.

Jane Hyder

Head of PA Services

Jane joined the team in June 2025, with a background in both business support and the creative industries, she brings a unique blend of organisation, creativity and enthusiasm. Her creative passions are a fantastic addition to the team and help drive fresh thinking across the business.

Emma Cotton

Bookkeeping Manager

Emma joined Hour Hands in January 2024. She has a wealth of financial administrative knowledge having spent a number of years working in payroll departments. Emma joins the bookkeeping team and loves unpicking issues, thinking outside of the box and coming up with alternative ways of doing things whilst being serenely calm! She also loves being creative and crafting various projects.

Natalie Brewer

Wellbeing Manager

Natalie has a wealth of knowledge across many specialisms. Nat is our calm pair of handing helping and encouraging the team to be the best versions of themselves at work. Outside of work Natalie is a trained fitness instructor and has a real passion for boxing and weight training.

Yasodha Vasishtan

Bookkeeper

Coming from a computer science background leading to finance and logistics, Yasodha’s logical brain just loves numbers. She has worked with Xero for the last 5 years and believes the platform can really benefit a dynamic business focused on growth. Outside work the mum of two girls loves gardening and baking and has recently taken up badminton.

Kirsty Rickett

Personal Assistant

Kirsty joined in September 2023 and contributes extensive administrative and sales expertise to the Hour Hands team. She excels in client care, adeptly guiding our clients through every step and providing assistance whenever needed.

Emma Hatton

Bookkeeper

Emma joined the team in 2025 and brought with her a wealth of experience in credit control, along with a friendly and reassuring approach. Her professionalism and dedication help ensure everything runs smoothly. When she’s not at work, Emma can often be found baking or out on a run.

Jo Morris

Executive Assistant

Jo joined Hour Hands in September 2024. With over 20 years of experience working as a PA/EA, Jo is super efficient. She specialises in diary management, organising travel and making bookings for clients. Outside of work Jo loves to travel and try new foods.

Ellice Duvelly Nolan

Bookkeeper

Ellice joined the team in 2026 bringing experience in payroll administration, customer service, and reception. Ellice loves helping people, building positive relationships and takes pride in providing a reliable and professional service. Outside of work, Ellice loves baking and photography, but most of all she is a passionate animal lover.

Sarah Glover

Executive Assistant

Sarah joined the team in 2026, bringing with extensive experience as an Executive Assistant. Renowned for her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, she manages complex diaries and coordinates day-to-day operations with efficiency and professionalism, making her an invaluable member of the team.

Sinead Dineen

Marketing Manager

Sinead is a passionate marketing and communications professional who has worked both in-house and as a freelance consultant across the retail, construction, finance, and charity sectors. She loves helping brands embrace emerging technologies and digital marketing strategies to build meaningful connections, stand out from the crowd, and reach the audiences that matter most.

Sarangi Wickramasinghe

Management Accountant

With over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting, Sarangi is passionate about helping businesses navigate change, improve processes and achieve their goals. She enjoys building strong relationships, supporting teams and working closely with clients to find practical solutions to complex challenges. Sarangi is a CIMA member and MBA graduate from the University of Bedfordshire.

Head of Security and Snacks

Bruno’s always on guard keeping a careful watch of our visitors. He also likes to snooze whilst the team are working.
